Rex Data is a data centre investment and development platform focused on the Polish market, specialising in powered land development — creating sites prepared for the deployment of digital infrastructure.
Rex Data was established as a joint venture between Rex-Bud Budownictwo — one of Poland's leading general contractors in industrial and logistics construction — and a real estate investment fund specialising in industrial and logistics land development.
It combines execution capabilities with land structuring and permitting expertise, taking projects from origination toward ready-to-build.

Sites carried through zoning and permitting to a state ready for development, removing the longest lead-time from delivery.
